Our inspector has over 35 years of residential and commercial building experience, has been a certified home inspector since 2000, and has completed over 5,000 inspections.  He has received top home inspector awards from Expertise in 2017, 2018, and 2019.  In 2019, The State of Ohio began licensing and our inspector was one of the first 100 licensed.  Our inspector is insured, has completed the ASHI training courses, and completes on going training each year.
